Complaints procedure

Naturally, we do everything we can to provide the best possible care and to your satisfaction. Despite our efforts, you may still be dissatisfied. We therefore offer you the following options for submitting your complaint to us.

Report to a staff member at Bureau Cultuurzaken
If you are dissatisfied with the progress or results of the guidance or services provided, we trust that you will let us know. First, of course, contact your own coach and then our central email address info@bureaucultuurzaken.nl. We will then discuss the matter together to find a solution.

External Complaints Officer
If we are unable to find a suitable solution together, you can contact an independent external complaints officer. Cultural Affairs Office is affiliated with Klachtenportaal Zorg (www.klachtenportaalzorg.nl). Klachtenportaal Zorg is an external organization with which we are affiliated to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints about our care. Once you have submitted your complaint or dissatisfaction, Klachtenportaal Zorg will assess whether it meets the requirements for processing it and which procedure applies. If any information is missing or unclear, they will contact you to complete it and ensure the complaints procedure is initiated correctly.

Would you like advice on how to handle a situation you're dissatisfied with? You can also contact the Healthcare Complaints Portal. This doesn't initiate a procedure. Submit your complaint using the complaints form on the Healthcare Complaints Portal website. You can also send an email to info@klachtenportaalzorg.nl. For youth and family matters, you can also contact a confidential counselor at the AKJ (www.akj.nl).
